Terms of Business
We reserve the right to remove any menu choices at any time.
Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
We will provide an allergen sheet in accordance with the Food Standards Agency if asked for in advance as well as on the day
We cannot rule out any cross-contamination.
Staff / Travel charges
If extra staff are required for an additional service there will be an extra hourly charge
There is a travel charge for events outside of London.
Booking and payment
Booking will be confirmed when a 50% deposit is received.
Deposits are required a minimum of 1 months prior to the event.
Final numbers are required 2 weeks before the event
Final payment is required 2 weeks prior to the event
Failure to make payment 14 days prior may result in us not fulfilling the booking.
Payment can be made via bank transfer. We regret that we cannot accept credit or debit payments.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is less than a month before the event.
Cancellations must be made directly to DOS MAS.
Full payment will be held if cancellation is less than 2 weeks before the event.

If you need more info about allergens, please contact us via feedme@dosmas.co.uk before ordering, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
We produce our food in a kitchen where allergens are handled by our team, and where equipment and utensils are used for multiple items, including those containing allergens. While we try to keep things separate we cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free even after ingredients have been removed on request. We cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from these allergens. Our suppliers may handle these, and other, allergens, meaning there can be a risk of trace cross-contamination.

Monterey jack cheese: Pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes. Potato starch, corn starch and calcium sulphate.
Tomatillo salsa: tomatillos, water, salt, citric acid, coriander, dried chillies, herbs, spices, onion and garlic
Pickled onions: red onions, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, peppercorns, juniper berries and water

Tomato salsa: tomatoes, dried herbs, spices, dried chillies, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, chipotle chillies, citric acid and iodized salt
Feta: feta Full Fat Soft Cheese (from Sheep's and Goat's Milk)
Pickled jalapeños: jalapeños, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, peppercorns, juniper berries and water
Corn nuts: corn, vegetable fat (palm), E621, E635, salt, spices, flavourings
